Superimposition of native tumor antigen and vaccine candidate
Conformations of the native gp100209 tumor antigen and the gp100209-T2M cancer vaccine candidate in the peptide-binding groove of HLA-A2. The T2M modification of the peptide does not introduce any structural changes into the conformation of the peptide.
